Allamej language

The Allamej language is made up of words taken from several different languages, which are adapted to a new syllable-meaning shape and the agglutinative structure of Allamej. Words come from Chinese, Germanic languages, Greek, Indic languages, Japanese, Bantu languages, Celtic languages, Slavic languages, Latin, Malay, Semitic languages, Turkish, Persian, Quechua, Thai, Tupi-Guarani languages, Yoruba, and various other languages.

Words are combined together to create new terms. For example, sam (sky), from a Semitic root, and xuy (water), from a Chinese root, are combined to make samxuy (rain - "sky water"). There are also various suffixes that function like prepositions or declensions. For example, bayt means house, and baytun means at home.

With this system it is possible to create countless words and phrases that can be understood even if they have never been heard or read before. If the compounding radicals are known the constructed word meaning may be predictable.
