Badlit Anituun was created by Ace Paloma in 2023. It is intended to serve as the main writing system of a more inclusive but unadulterated standardized national language for all the islands of the Philippines. It is based on Philippine scripts such as Subanen, Hanunu'o, and particularly Badlit. It has only fifteen characters, one of which is to be used for all the vowels.
The letters are simple in nature and aesthetically bound, and it uses the Latin, Cyrillic and even Greek scripts in the uppercase and some in the lowercase. In addition the use of diacritics contributes to its own uniqueness.
Ang lahat ng tau ay isinilang na malaya at pantaypantay sa kadangalan at kadapatan. Sila ay pinagkaluuban ng katuwidan at budhi at dapat magpalagayan ang isa at isa sa diwa ng pagkakapatidan.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
