Consonants

Besides the 21 consonants existing in the Turkish Latin alphabet, 5 extra letters are added, they are "ts", "dz", "ng", vowel carrier and suffix carrier.

The former two kinds of carrier seem particular. They both occur at the beginning of a block. Vowel carrier is actually a glottal stop, while suffix carrier initializes a vowel-first suffix and follows word root so that the root and suffix of a word could be written in separate blocks. If a suffix contains only a consonant, then the consonant should be written as a single block.

Semivowel is indicated with a small ring as the first phoneme of a diphthong. When the ring is attached to the left side of vowel, it sounds [j]; to the right side, it sounds [w] or [ɥ]. But the ring-attached vowels are regarded as letters with diacritic and not considered individually. They couldn’t be located under vowel carrier.
