Shipibo is a Panoan language spoken in parts of Peru and Brazil. In 2003 there were about 26,000 speakers of Shipibo, which is also known as Shipibo-Conibo, Shipibo-Konibo. It is spoken in the Ucayali Region in eastern Peru, and in neighbouring areas of Brazil.
