Arta is a member of the Northern Luzon branch of the Malayo-Polynesian language family. It is spoken in Aglipay municipality in Quirino province in the Cagayan Valley region of northern Luzon in the Philippines. In 2013 Arta was spoken in three families by 11 people, and another 40 people had some knowledge of it.
