Ravula is a Dravidian language spoken in the southern Indian states of Karnataka and Kerala by the Ravula and Adiyan people. In the Kodagu district in Karnataka about 25,000 Ravulas speak the language, according to the 2011 census, and about 1,560 Adiyans speak it in the Kannur and Wayanad districts of Kerala.
Ravula is also known as Yerava or Adiyan. The name Yerava comes from a Kannada word meaning 'borrow'.
Ravula is written with the Malayalam alphabet in Kerala, and with the Kannada alphabet in Karnataka.
