Akson Kao-li (อักษรเกาหลี)

Akson Kao-li is a way to write Korean with the Thai script invented by Sakana Oji. The name means "Korean script" in Thai.

Notable features

Most of the consonant and vowel arrangements are based on the ISO 11940 transliteration.
Ieung and Hieut have second forms; Ieung has a silent initial form (อ) and its final form is a -ng sound (ง), while Hieut has a final form (ษ) just to make the script more consistent.
Unlike in the Thai language, this adapted script uses spaces between words to make it more easier to understand.
If a "y" diphthong is preceded by silent Ieung, Yo Ying (ญ) is used for the "y" sound. Otherwise, Yo Yak (ย) is used.
If a "w" diphthong is preceded by silent Ieung, Ho Nok-huk (ฮ) is used for the "w" sound. Otherwise, Wo Waen (ว) is used.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
