The Tengwar mode for Hungarian was devised by Radványi Balázs with suggestions and consultation from some experts of Hungarian Tolkien Society. It is 90% based on Tolkien's phonetic manuscripts, and 10% on their own ideas and intuitions, but strictly following the Tengwar phonetic rules.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They
are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another
in a spirit of brotherhood.
