in the morning | у́тра |
in the afternoon | дня |
in the evening | ве́чера |
In the morning / afternoon / evening are утром / днём / вечером when used on their own, but утра / дня / вечер when used with a time. For example, It's 10 o'clock in the evening = Сейчас 10 часов вечера.
