Bori is a member of the Eastern Tani branch of the Sino-Tibetan language family. It is spoken by about 2,000 people in Payum Circle in the West Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh in the northeast of India. In some sources, it is classified as a variety of Adi.
Bori is also known as Bori-Karko or Adi-Bori. It is written with the Latin script, or the Devanagari script.
