Oluta Popoluca is a member of the Mixe branch of the Mixe-Zoque language family. It is spoken in Oluta, a municipality in southern Veracruz in the southeast of Mexico. According to the 2020 census, 77 people speak Oluta Popoluca, however a study published in 2018 found only one speaker.
Oluta Popoluca is also known Oluta, Oluta Mijean, Olutec or Popoluca de Oluta.
