Tolaki (To'olaki)

Tolaki is a member of the Celebic branch of the Malayo-Polynesian language family. It is spoken in south east Sulawesi in Indonesia by about 330,000 people, mainly in the town of Kendari, the subdivisions of Kolaka and Konawe, and in the Mekongga mountains near the town of Soroako. The language is also known as Tolakinese or To'olaki.

Dialects of Tolaki include: Wiwirano (Nohina), Asera (Noie), Konawe (Tambuoki / Kioki), Mekongga (Norio / Tamboki / Konio) and Laiwui.
