Paakantyi

Paakantyi is a Pama-Nyungan language spoken along the Darling River in New South Wales in Australia by about 22 people. The name of the language comes from the native name of the Darling river, Paaka. The language is also known as Darling.

Efforts are being made to revive the language, and it is taught in a number of schools.
