Romblomanon is a member of the Central Bisayan branch of the Philippine language family. It is spoken in Romblon province in the Mimaropa region of the Philippines, specifically in the islands of Romblon, Sibuyan, Tablas, and also in the province of Oriental Mindoro. In 2011 there were about 94,000 speakers of Romblomanon, which is also known as Basi, Ini, Niromblon, Rombloanon, Romblon or Tiyad Ini.
Romblomanon is closely related to Hiligaynon and Aklanon.
An acute accent (á) or grave accent (à), appear to be used to indicate stress in some texts.
