I wrote this song in February 2022 after discovering that a Scots word for lullaby is lillilu. This is also written lilly-loo or lilli-lu, and an extended version is lillila-baloo [source].
Mi wnes i sgwennu y gân hon ym mis Chwefror 2022 ar ôl darganfod bod lillilu gair Sgoteg am hun-gân. Mae hwn hefyd yn ei sgwennu lilly-loo neu lilli-lu, a fersiwn estynedig ydy lillila-baloo.
Just lie down and rest your head
Lillila-baloo
Warm and cozy in your bed
Lillila-baloo
Chorus
Lillila-baloo
Lillila-baloo
Lillila-baloo
Lillila-baloo
Close your eyes and rest a while
Lillila-baloo
And may your dreams make you smile
Lillila-baloo
May your sleep be long and deep
Lillila-baloo
If it's not then count some sheep
Lillila-baloo
May your worries melt away
Lillila-baloo
Ready for another day
Lillila-baloo
