This is a silly little ditty I wrote in July 2019.
I'm a tall tale teller with a tall tale to tell
And I will tell you it now, and tell it right well
He's a tall tale teller with a tall tale to tell
And he will tell us it now, and tell it right well
It was once upon a Monday in the month of May
I went out for a walk down by the bay
The bay was brimming with blue baboons
And the sea was singing a happy tune
The baboons were swimming up and down
While a giraffe gavotted with a clown
I asked the clown what is your name?
But she just smiled and did declaim
It's none of you beeswax who I am
Just be happy like a clam
So I danced and sang down on the beach
While an aadvark gave a great long speech
Now my tall tale has come to an end
I hope you liked it and will sing it to your friends
Now his tall tale has come to an end
We did quite like it and will sing it to our friends
