Nukuria is a Polynesian language spoken in the Nuguria islands in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville in Papua New Guinea. In 2003 there were about 550 speakers of Nukuria. The language is used in everyday communication on the islands, and is taught in primary schools. It is closely related to Takuu, Nukuoro and Ontong Java (Luangiua), which are also spoken in Papua New Guinea.
Nukuria is also known as Nugeria, Fead, Nukeria or Nahoa. The Nuguria islands are also known as the Abgarris or Fead Islands.
