Coatzospan Mixtec is a member of the Mixtecan group of Oto-Manguean languages. It is spoken mainly in and around the town of San Juan Coatzospam in the state of Oaxaca in the southwest of Mexcio. In 2005 there were about 2,090 speakers of Coatzospan Mixtec, including 300 monolinguals.
Coatzospan Mixtec is also known as Mixteco de Coatzóspan, Mixteco de San Juan Coatzospan, Coatzóspam Mixtec or Teotitlán Mixtec.
