Santo Domingo del Estero Triqui is a member of the Mixtecan branch of the Oto-Manguean language family. It is spoken in the state of Oaxaca in southern Mexico, mainly in the town of Santo Domingo del Estado, and also in Chorrito de Agua and Putla Villa de Guerrero. In 2010 there were about 1,400 speakers of Santo Domingo del Estero Triqui, which is considered a variety of Chicahuaxtla Triqui.
