Güilá Zapotec (Diza)

Güilá Zapotec is a member of the Zapotecan branch of the Oto-Manguean language family. It is spoken by about 9,500 people in the town of San Pablo Güilá in the Tlacolula District in the State of Oaxaca in the south of Mexico. It is closely related to the variety of Zapotec spoken in the nearby town of San Dionisio Ocotepec.

Güilá Zapotec is also known as Zapoteco de San Pablo Güilá or Zapoteco de San Dionisio Ocotepec. It is written with the Latin alphabet.
