Iñapari is a Southern Arawakan language spoken along the Las Piedras river in the Madre de Dios region of southeastern Peru. In 2019 there were just six native speakers of Iñapari, and another 20 or so people had some knowledge of the language. Efforts are being made to revitalise it. The language used to be spoken in Bolivia as well.

Antiguamente los bolivianos vinieron hasta donde vivíamos - mi padre junto con mi madre. Esos españoles nos mataron y así nos acabaron. También llevaron hacia abajo a mis padres y a mis abuelos. Llevaron a algunos hasta Cochabamba y a los otros hasta La Paz.
