Eastern Parbate Kham is a member of the Greater Magaric branch of the Sino-Tibetan language family. It is spoken in the Baglung district of the Dhawalagiri zone of central Nepal. In 2018 there were about 10,000 speakers of Eastern Parbate Kham, which is also known as Eastern Parbate, Nisel, Nishel Kham, Nisi and Nisi Kham. There are two dialects: Nishel and Bhujel.
Eastern Parbate Kham is closely related to, and partially intelligible with Western Parbate Kham. It is also related to Gamale Kham and Sheshi Kham. These are Greater Khamic languages spoken in Nepal.
